Hiding QuickBooks items for timer application only #61

Add a Database table to join with the QuickBooks items tables (Customers / Service Items / Classes) that allows further hiding of items without effecting the Data visible to QuickBooks Itself. These tables will be managed through the Import Data Tool

Live Database Implementation completed, Next Step to implement copying data to Local Database on Start-Up

Local database copying works and displays expected results matching that of the live database
