Apply filtering to each column of the Time Log DataGrid for better searching amongst results

Added and configured filtering for Time Log DataGrid based on implementation in another project, however had to redevelop the function GetPropertyValue to allow searching through another object, eg; binding to CustomerJob.ToFullName
