Time Log Template Hiding #83

Time Logs appear to hide correctly via the UI however manage to be re-entered into the Central Database therefore causing it to re-appear on the next application load - most likely a sync issue between the central and local databases

This is an issue involving the Database synchronization, this has now been re-explained in #85, development has been completed and changes are currently in the testing phase
