Enable controls when connected via bluetooth #169

Fixes the following issues with #154:

python 3 cannot be used
rumble does not work when connected via USB
requires zlib python library to be installed

Tested on Python 3.6.8 and also Python 2.7.15+ (installed on my Ubuntu 18.04.3).

I can confirm that this commit does fix the --led functionality of my DS4v1 via Bluetooth in --hidraw mode, using Python 3.6.8 on Linux Mint 19.2.

the led changes but gets reset with first rumble on DS4v2
