Youtube livestreams do not work. #1426

Stream opens fine but nothing will play, instead it'll show a still image with no audio.

Using 1.12.2.

Cannot reproduce, tried a YT livestream and it worked just fine.

known issue and reported again and again and again. Not a problem with the software, but a problem with the video player (VLC). Livestreamer is capturing the video just fine, but VLC Player V2.x cannot play it. Install VLC 3.0 beta and it plays fine.
