So noobie question. I recently found this http://docs.livestreamer.io/plugin_matrix.html and was wondering what I should write on the livestreamer window in order to watch a Periscope stream. I tried "livestreamer periscopelink" but it won't even show the quality settings so I suppose it didn't work. So how does it work for all the other websites then? Thanks.

My attempt rendered this:

[cli][info] Found matching plugin periscope for URL periscope.tv/w/1djGXvYROedxZ error: No streams found on this URL: periscope.tv/w/1djGXvYROedxZ

(that person was streaming though)

Periscope plugin is outdated, maybe you can try Streamlink

Streamlink is a wonderful program, but it doesn't work on WinXP. And it's very sad. :(
