I am unable to retrieve meta data #1611

Hi,

I am trying to retrieve information about the video, how can I retrieve the following data for an offlien .m3u8 file:

  1. Total Duration
  2. Total file size
  3. Current duration (when downloading)

Hello. Livestreamer is no longer being supported. Please take a look at its successor, Streamlink, available here: https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink
