Hotstarlivestreamer problem #1649

I have problem with hostarlivestreamer downloading or playing options. The error is

Warning: file_get_contents(http://getcdn.hotstar.com/AVS/besc?action=GetCDN&asJson=Y&channel=TABLET&id=1000196282&type=VOD): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden in P:\yuvi\hotstarsportslivestreamer-master\hotstarlivestreamer.php on line 152

Please help me out. Thank You!

Livestreamer has been abandoned.
