New API URL and response data format. #1654

This PR fixes the drdk plugin with a new API URL and response data format.

The old API URL returned HTTP 404.

According to the new API documentation, I have updated the plugin with what should be the correct URL.

I have also modified the schema validation according to the new response data format.
