Wat.tv support #650

It would be interesting to support this site : http://www.wat.tv/ They stream several French channels with HDS and HLS. French proxy is required but address for channel NT 1 : http://www.wat.tv/images/v70/PlayerLite.swf?videoId=L_NT1, looks like that : http://www.wat.tv/get/nt1live/591997?getURL=1

--http-headers works here so it’s especially interesting. EDIT. 17/1 -15 ...or am i confusing it with Hola ? I could have sworn on what I was using, only where X-Forwarded-For, now it’s just with Hola. X-Forwarded-For seems a bit coming and going in Firefox. When (site) FB Host still was active before Henry unfortunately died, it worked with X-Forwarded-For.
