Editing Livestream Videos #980

Which video editor/codec can I use to split grabbed video file? In Adobe Premiere the result video file isn't recognized, I've tried to convert to many other formats and other softwares (Format Factory, Adobe Media Encoder, Free Video Splitter, etc...), but the converted video has always unsynced video and audio tracks, I don't know what to do.

I use Avidemux. It's simply to use.
