I researched each of them and cleaned the ones that I am convinced are dead or invalid.

If you wish, you may create a list of dead addresses which could be checked regularly to see if they ever come back.

I think I like keeping the dead rules in a separate folder (dead-rules/ perhaps?), rather than removing them entirely. This is more for archival reasons, but if the rules ever become valid again it might save us work in the long run :)

I'll merge all the changes that aren't deleting a rule.
