[x] Upgrade to new codebase.
[ ] Enable onion sites with http only mode.
[ ] New icon for http only mode.
[ ] Still having trouble compiling due to hostnames being used multiple times.
[x] Host DNS anchor for onion only sites at http://onion.im?

Talking in #tor-project about possible name changes. onions-everywhere seems to be the popular one. Another suggestion was to seperate i2p and Tor's rules into two extensions, onions-everywhere for Tor, and darkweb-everywhere for i2p. I'm in favor of deprecating the i2p rules since that makes up 1/5 of the total rules as the Tor set. Chris, any suggestions?
