I think it doesn't make sense to combine Tor and i2p domain redirections. Tor Browser doesn't support 127.0.0.1 connections.anymore. And I believe both of them should use a separate browser.
Another point is, the browser for using i2p should ideally not be able to communicate with internet, only through i2p, and also it would make sense to remove any outproxy from i2p as it is easy to fingerprint the browser (also since i2p isn't available on Tor Browser anymore)
I plan on writing some either way. I think I'm going to place them in a new rules folder to not mix up networks for now.
btdigg.org -> btdigg.i2p
Its also a nice service
i2p2web.xml
You should delete the duplicate codes from this one, just take the rule part and add next to the first rule code.
And rather than ([a-z2-7]{16}), ([^.]+) or (\w+) would work
anarplex.net has both .onion and .i2p
There seems to be a lot of sites on i2p which also have two addresses (img.bi, haste.ch, bitmessage.ch, ...). These should be added eventually. The big issue is figuring out which service to redirect to if a .onion and .i2p address exist.
