Can't run EPS and lnd at the same time. #147

Spent ages getting bitcoin core running, @ ElectrumWallet set up on a personal server and then @ lightning lnd up and running only to find I cant create a lightning wallet as core wallet has to be active to "watch" my electrum wallet. Lightning and @ electrumwallet incompatible?
