Filtering Tags by date doesn't work #16

Hello, Looks like it is impossible to know which tags have been added when using the Resources/Tags. I am working on it to see what will be the best way to fix this. I believe transform the Tags in Usage Details in JSON, and then break into the Tags categories will be good, but then the Resources part / Tags will not work anymore.

Sorry it's been too long since I looked at this issue. What is the problem with filtering by tag? The tags in the Resources table are based off the current (most recent) values found per resource ID. As long as you include something linkable (usage tables) it should be able to filter by tag.

What tables/columns are you trying to filter?
