Layout config from JSON file #7

Load and save JSON Layout files. Compatible with https://github.com/leomccormack/SPARTA / http://research.spa.aalto.fi/projects/sparta_vsts/ and https://plugins.iem.at/ .

Further improvements on ambisonic layout handling.
