How is this line fetching a file that is missing?

The file is missing? I'm able to access it no problem in a browser.

Upon fresh clone I don't get either version or brands

That URL does work for me, but I am struggling to understand how, when I don't see it in the repo...

I don't know how I didn't see that... AmazonBrandFilterList, LIST!

Yeah, it's over there in THAT repo, ah jeez....
