All the data of the config file are default value.
The arrows, which are shot by skeleton, illusioner or dispenser block, can cause only 1~2 damage to not armored player. And the trident shot by the drowned even can cause no damage. I think it's a bug about some of ranged weapons, because the damage of mob's crossbow is not very low.
However, for mob's crossbow, its arrows can cause more damage than player's crossbow's. After tested, I found that this damage can be affect by mob's Physical Damage and Force. I'm not sure whether it's a bug, but I have a suggestion: I think the Physical Damage is belong to melee damage, so it's not very suitable that the Physical Damage can affect projectile damage, but the Force seems very suitable.
