My HP2170P stuck at 1,7GHZ #178

Hi Chris, Have this problem since migration from Catalina/Clover (chinese premade EFI, working) to */OC. My CPU Is i5-3427u, i Need to unlock CFG maybe? If yes, is possible patching HP elite book BIOS? Thank you so much 🥰 Paolo.

We have a guide here follow the exact guide for Monterey and bellow For Ventura

In these guide Is no mention about CFG unlocking (and in BIOS is lock), this Is my last Hope, bacuse i already tried almost everything. Since big sur, i not able to work in perfect Power management state, especially in OpenCore. I Just ask to you a suggestion, a input for an investigation..
