notBefore Generalized Time format #225

I have difficulties setting the notBefore date to Generalized time format 19700101000001Z. There is an option for the notAfter date.

I have use case where this is required.

No, there is currently no way to do this, and I don't see a use case ..... except ...... - Do you lend the DeLorean, Doc Brown?
