Add project-level vacations for holidays #8

Add a field text-area in the project object for holidays.

Very interesting plugin, thanks. It's any way to exclude holidays as Christmas, Easter and other local festivities (e.g. April 25, May 1 in Italy) ?

I am not sure that this is Project level or Application level.
