Make `exit` work #24

It might be cute if typing exit caused wash to prompt you for confirmation if it should close.

I made this work for the mysql emulation, but it doesn't seem to be reliably possible (or at least, worth the trouble) to get this to work for the main window (which will not have been opened by JavaScript. Good enough.
