Add filtering design and functionality. #4

Can someone outline the filtering? Basically we use tags on each of the pieces of content so that when you select a filter or number of filters you see/hide accordingly.

You can see what the tags will be in the Video Asset spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqxsTh_PqRW4dENLanpFa2lXV1NsV2hNMUF0ay1Sd2c#gid=0. Essentially, the tags dictate what my role was on the project - whether I was the Editor, Director, Cinematographer, etc. For some projects, I have multiple roles to they'll have multiple tags, separated by commas.
