Patch for /trunk/main/webapp/modules/core/scripts/dialogs/custom-tabular-exporter-dialog.html

I wondered why all my reconciled cells from 3 columns were not outputting any 
Matched Entity IDs, until I realized that this feature is changeable for EACH 
Highlighted column!  Cool!  But not even the bolded text saying "Configure 
Options for Column "Column 1" was enough of a clue to my eyes, since the 
wording on each was "For reconciled..." "For date/time..."  I think this slight 
wording change makes this less confusing overall and guides the user more.  
Bolding the word "Highlighted" is optional, but I just prefer it.
