I don't know if this is a false positive, but it seems like this is something that folks should be aware of.
My Win10 Pro system just flagged this file 20 minutes ago.
I use Cmder which utilizes Clink.
The file location reported was ~/AppData/Local/Temp/clink/updater/v1.6.10.zip
It was flagged and removed by Windows Security. No known negative effects seen. I've never had a live threat detection on this computer, and I've had it since 2016, so this is notable.
Again - not placing blame - this could certainly be a false positive. I just want people to know about it.
