[LaTeX] Free font alternatives #2

The default Createspace LaTeX template uses some great but expensive fonts by default. I'd like to figure out a way to offer good standard free LaTeX fallbacks if those fonts aren't installed.

Commit c6dbf5b change fonts to standard CTAN / TeX Live fonts as good alternatives to commercial fonts.
