Enhancement Of The Python Template For Issue #40

Now the Python-library template will ask for

• the binary of:
  • virtualenv
  • python
  • pip
• the root directory of the virtual environment

The list of python packages to be installed in the virtual environment has also been updated.

Yep, you can delete the branch safely since it's on your fork of this repo. It's up to you whether you retain your fork for future use. :)
