Empty commit first #8

It would be nice that skeletor creates an empty commit first before creating the current "Initial commit", at least when using Git. This looks like to be a recommended practice because rewriting the root commit is very difficult. There are plenty of pages recommending that.

I wanted to work on that, but I got stuck with issue #7.
