Adds appveyor CI. Not all tests pass on appveyor right now, though. Should investigate that. I'll probably look into it later.

Also probably need to change the status badge url once merged.

On a related note, also need to research how to make failed tests fail the build, because they aren't yet.

Builds passed over on appveyor, just need to wait for github to update :+1:
