Subtitle offset - move from audio to subtitles #50

The "Adjust subtitle offset" option should be part of the subtitles OSD, not audio OSD. After all once adjusts the subtitles to audio, not audio to subtitles. (the audio OSD also has the "Enable subtitles" option for some reason)

Can it be moved, or is that out of control for the skin?
