Sorry - that script was deleted years ago i'm afraid.

You realise that maximinimalism will need a pretty substantial overhaul to run on Kodi these days?

Yes. You'll need to modify DialogButtonMenu.xml, adding an extra item with id=9 and activateWindow(settings).

Yes you can do that, but it is not straightforward. Please visit the forums on kodi.tv for guidance on the skinning engine.
