For messy reasons, including but not limited to development, I'm often reformatting my device, or un/reinstalling apps; it would be nice if I could export all of my preferences to a text file, and then import them again to a fresh installation (on the same device or a separate one, potentially!) This would include things like general settings, per-game settings, and which games I have starred, ideally.
