Add to Amazon Appstore #549

Considering Windows supports running Android apps now, adding the app to the Amazon Appstore will allow it to install easily (and allow for other non-Google users to install the games)

Google Play Games for PC now already covers the PC use case (based on already distributing via Google Play on Android) without requiring me to agree to anything with Amazon or monitor an additional set of reviews.

Just to be explicit: my preference is for nobody else to upload it to Amazon either, to avoid giving Windows users the mistaken impression that they can e.g. efficiently report bugs by that route. (I also expect that anyone who tried would probably be breaking some terms or other about it being their own work.)
