Colors don't stay off #24

Having enabled color with :ColorToggle and then disabled it with either :ColorClear or :ColorToggle, it still reappears after entering insert mode and leaving that.

Oh right, the autocommands need to be removed. Pushed an update. Thanks for the many bug reports.
