Don't call expand on shellvar #37

If they do not exist, a shell is spawned. But they should be available already from the (shell) env.

This is not tested on Windows/cygwin, where it might be required.

Well at least $ComSpec seems to available in a Windows built, so probably the others as well. So let's just include you two changes.
