Please consider adding license to source repository #60

Hi! I'd like to package this for Debian. I see on the github page it does mention the vim license in the readme, but would you mind also stating it in a license file? Thanks!

It is also mentioned in the included documentation. Isn't that enough? Or shall I copy the vim-license to a separate file?
