Fix error in documentation #83

In the .vimrc file, normally let is used, not :let. This fixes all mentions of adding :let to the .vimrc.

Oh sorry, I haven't noticed this PR.

The : does not hurt and I usually leave the : intentionally there to make sure this is vimscript syntax. This is also the style, that is used across the help files so I am not positive on this change.
