Add file maybe generated by :helptags #18

Hi @chrisbra,

Spoiler: It's my first pull request.

I clone this plugin and begin to work with. I do not touch at the code but this new file appear. I remember I use vim command :helptags ALL I can find this exactly same file here. Then I think there is a link with :helptags.

I think this file must be added. If not, I think this filename must be added to .gitignore.

What do you think ?

thanks. I am not sure, this is actually needed. But let me include it for now.
