add settings to hide all hosts #3

Add new settings to hide all hosts: in config file checkbox on filter real filter on component

name in config file: hideHost

Thanks for this PR. I'm tweaking some of the settings related to this and want those changes to settle before pulling this in. Hopefully this week.

Hi Eddy. I have added a couple options to hide host now. it's an option within the settings, or you can just add ?hideHostSection=true on the URL bar
