oauth_body_hash Failure with iGoogle as Provider #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a REST request to iGoogle
2. Get an exception with an error saying "oauth_body_hash failed verification"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The result of the REST request

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest svn of today r117

Please provide any additional information below.
I've attached a patch that fixes the error
