[User Story] Title: Receive Confirmation of Account Approval

Description:

As a new driver, I want to receive confirmation of my account approval so that I know I’m ready to start driving and receiving ride requests.

Acceptance Criteria:

• After document verification and account setup, drivers receive an in-app notification or email confirming that their account is approved.
• The driver cannot begin receiving ride requests until their account is approved.
• Clear messaging is provided if the account is not approved, with reasons and next steps.

Tasks:

• Send notifications or emails upon account approval.
• Display clear messaging for account approval or rejection.
• Implement logic to restrict ride requests until approval is completed.
