Update to 2022.07.1 pihole image for one container method #140

Alternatively, you could replace the version tag for the pihole container with latest like the two container method. The change doesn't seem to have broken anything, tested loading into the admin console which worked.

Thanks for the PR but this really doesn't make my build process any easier -- I'm a couple days behind because I've been sick, sorry about that.

Working on the new releases now.
