Suggestion: Use more recent version of Unbound #168

After reading yesterday that there was a newer version of Unbound (1.16.3) I checked the pihole-unbound-image to find out it uses 1.13.1 (installed by the package manager). Forked your repository and modified Dockerfile to make usage of the latest Unbound-version. and made a new image (can also be found on hub.docker.com). Tested it and so far I have no issues. I prefer using more recent versions as some bugs/securityissues might have been fixed. 1.13.1 was released February 9th, 2021.
