Pihole Blocklist Recommendations

Hello,

Just as the subject line states, looking to see if anyone can recommend some pihole blocklists for the 1-container solution? I know the pihole subreddit recommends multiple websites, but honestly I wasn't sure if there needed to be any special steps to install / apply blocklists for the 1-container solution.
