[Initial Release] Background image is copied for more than one time

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The background image should be resized to cover the whole page, i.e. one page 
only consists of one copy of the image. But this version keeps the original 
size of the image and copy it for more times to fill up the whole page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
window7-x64

In twitter.com, the background image is not resized to fit the whole page 
either. They just use it one time. A good example for this bug is HuffingtonPost
