[Initial Release] updated following list with not updated following number without restart client

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the client 
2 Follow someone on the  website of Twitter (not the client since the client 
don't have this function?)
3 Click the "following" in the homepage of my client(without restart the 
client), the number of following people does not change but the people I just 
followed is in that list.The number of people following me is not same as 
showing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to see number of the original one add 1.
Instead of tis I do not see any change.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 64bit initial realse
