Adds reworked color scheme for light and dark modes #64

Reworks colours for both light and dark mode based on iOS Safari testing to more closely match the official iOS colours. I couldn't find the colour palette anywhere. Sources online such as https://noahgilmore.com/blog/dark-mode-uicolor-compatibility/ do not seem to match the default iOS Safari colours.

I have tweaked the colours as closely as I can, so hopefully this is a big improvement.
