Another improvement/enhancement on mapthepaths-android.

Currently OSM ways (in view mode) are downloaded from my own database on the MapThePaths server. This hasn't been updated in a while, consequently the OSM data is old (2020, I think).

It would make more sense to use the Overpass API (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Overpass_API), which is built for this purpose.
