Make a 1.2.0 release. #104

We need to make a 1.2.0 release with the new examples in place. We need to cite the release for the paper about the software. Are there any outstanding issues? If we can do this ASAP, then we should.

Do you want to include #103 in the new release? Otherwise, let's make it as is.

We could, I don't think it'd take much effort to add that. It's up to you. We'd have to redo the screen shot in the paper to show the new text input box.

Do you want to implement it? I'll probably not do it because I'm trying to focus to reducing the additional work.

Ok, let's just make a release of what exists now and we will pin it to the paper.
